Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: Payment Policy: Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Refund Policy: Refund Eligible: If you change your mind, refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 2 days before work starts. Non-Refundable: Once work begins, the payment is non-refundable. After the logo is finalized and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Revision and Change Policy: No Changes: Revisions or changes will not be accepted once the work starts unless they are within the original project scope. Additional Work: If changes or additions are requested that affect the initial plan, additional fees may apply. Service Fees: All service fees related to the design process are non-refundable.
