We’ll assess your business's current state (if applicable) and develop a roadmap for the future. Market Research & Analysis: In-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitors, customer behavior, and potential opportunities. Business Model Development: Tailored strategies on how to structure your business, including operational processes, organizational hierarchy, and revenue generation models. Financial Projections & Budgeting: Creation of realistic financial projections, including profit and loss estimates, cash flow, and break-even analysis. Marketing & Sales Strategy: A comprehensive marketing plan designed to promote your product or service and drive sales. Executive Summary & Goals: A concise executive summary that outlines the vision and mission of your business, including short and long-term goals. Business Plan Document: A professionally written business plan that includes all the sections needed to secure funding or guide internal strategy. This plan will be ready to present to potential investors, banks, or stakeholders. Terms and Conditions: Payment Policy: The full service fee of $2,000 is due upfront before work begins. Refund Policy: Refund Eligible: Refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 2 days before work starts. Non-Refundable: Once work begins, the payment is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the business plan has been finalized or delivered. Changes & Revisions: We offer 1 round of revisions after the initial draft of the business plan is delivered. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee. Significant changes requested after the plan is finalized may also incur additional charges based on the scope of the work. Service Fees: All service fees for the business planning process are non-refundable after work begins.
